EXTERIOR:

Remove all vehicles from the driveway. Make sure • garage doors are closed. Do not park cars in front of any residential space.

Remove trash cans, garden tools, garden hoses, and sprinklers from view.

Sweep driveways, patios, and sidewalks.

Put deck/patio furniture & umbrellas up

Mow the lawn and trim trees/bushes. Remove empty planters.

Open all blinds Pull or walk way

Clean the windows.

Use a broom to remove cobwebs from eaves and • door frames.

INTERIOR:

Make sure all lights and lamps have working bulbs and are turned on.

Turn off ALL ceiling fans, TVs and computer screens.

Clear off countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, removing towel rolls, tissues, soap, toothbrushes, etc.

Remove all notes, pictures & magnets from refrigerator.

(seasonally) and remove covers from furniture and grills

Remove all cleaning supplies including buckets, mops, vacuum cleaners, sponges, etc.

Remove all trash cans from view.

Keep pet beds, food bowls, and toys out of sight.

Remove TV remotes, magazines, news papers, etc. Vacuum all carpets

Make sure beds are nicely made.

Straighten all dining and bar chairs and space them evenly.

Remove child seats/booster chairs.
